Cabin in natural surroundings by the waterfront

This is an older cabin with simple decor and power supply with solar panel. There is a possibility to charge mobile in USB outlets. There is a fireplace with wood burning, possibility for barbecue, refrigerator, and stove/cooking with gas. There are plates, bowls, glasses, cups and cutlery, cheese slicer, and can opener. There is no running water, so we fill up the water jug with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes An outhouse is set up outside the cabin Rental of bed linen NOK 150 per set per person At NOK 120 per bag.

Welcome to our newly purchased boathouse on idyllic Vassøy – a small and quiet island just a short boat ride from Stavanger city center. Here you literally live by the sea, surrounded by beautiful nature and with access to the beach, hiking trails and local shop. We have recently taken over this boathouse and are looking forward to sharing it with our first guests. The place is perfect for couples, small families or friends who want a quiet break from everyday life – with sea air, simple comfort and proximity to nature.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

(20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

A perfect basecamp for hikers wishing to explore the beautiful natural attractions surrounding the area, or just for a long weekend enjoying the bustling city life in Stavanger. Parking is available on the street for free. The apartment is large with two rooms, private kitchen/living area and bathroom.

The building has been through total renovation in 2017 and the apartment appears brand new. It is situated downtown Stavanger centre, walking distance to all the major sights in the city. There is free parking right outside the building, including free electric car charger outlet. The bus- and train terminal is only 8 minutes walk away, and the main centre with shops and restaurants is an easy 3 minute walk.

Nice and peaceful accommodation with a central location. The apartment is located in Hinna Park near the lake and nice hiking areas, 10 minutes from Stavanger city center and 10 minutes from Sandnes city center. Good public transport connections, 5 min walk to train station. For your information, I live in the apartment myself when it is not rented, so personal belongings will be present during the stay.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.

Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
