My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Welcome to this magical summer residence! A typical Swedish little red cottage which lies next to a small bird lake and with the Swedish forest surrounding the area. Large grass lawn to run around, safe, tranquil and rich in wildlife. A peace full paradise. Enjoy the new sauna with panoramic windows or take a hot bath in the wood-fired barrel right next to the lake. The hot tub is not open during the winter due to the water freezing, from November to March. The sauna is open all year round.

Lakeside cottage with year-round standard

Cottage with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedroom/TV room on the upper floor, overlooking the lake. It is located on the plot where we live, a family of two adults, two children and a small dog. On-land feeling with close to forest and land, walking and cycling trails, swimming and fishing in both Sämsjön and Åsunden. Several miles of paved bike paths also ideal for roller skis starting outside the door. By agreement, a boat can be rented. Pick your own apples during the season.

A unique and peaceful home in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you will live high up among the trees in a quiet, peaceful setting, with animals, birds and nature as your neighbours. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit. The property is very private, 5300 sqm to use. The sun is out over the lake all day and all evening.
