The home is located on Sydfyn and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book for 6 people. From October to April, the house is intended for 4 people, as the 2 beds are in an unheated annex. Real holiday coziness. 200 m to a child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing for trout and mackerel, among other things. The price does not include linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra/person. Write a message when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

The house has a lovely living room with tilt ceilings. Large wooden terrace around the house, offering the opportunity to enjoy the view over the bay or across Broagerland. The holiday home area is located on Broagerland, in the bay between Broager and Sønderborg. The area offers beautiful trips along the gendarme trail and castle and forest in Gråsten.

The house is newly renovated in 2025. My place is close to the area's absolutely best child-friendly beach. From the terrace there are views of Vemmingbund Fjord. The house is located in a quiet environment with a nice private courtyard, where there is room for the whole family. In the summer, it is nice at the beach and in the courtyard and in the winter, it is nice with a fire in the wood stove. You'll love my place because of the surroundings and the outdoor area. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids).

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. The cottage is spacious at 83m2 with three bedrooms, a bathroom with sauna, a kitchen/living room, where the kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of room to spread out on the terrace as well as to be able to romp in the large garden. The house is quite close to the popular gendarmsti and is only a 10-minute drive to Sønderborg + 25-minute drive to Flensborg if you want to go to town to shop.
