Located on the ground floor of the villa (ground floor of the pool) it is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port, its shops, bars... You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, its comfort and its calm with also the sound of the sea!

(in a neighborhood called: "the window" in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez) Due to its location, many tourist outings are available to you: the beaches (5 minutes by car), the marshes, the forests, the port, the islands... (Île d'Yeu, Île de Noirmoutier) castles (Commequiers, etc.) Nearby: train station (3 km), aquatic center, casino, bowling, festivals...

Take a break and unwind in our haven of greenery. In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Welcome to our little cocoon 15 minutes from the beaches! We have chosen to develop an independent suite that is part of our home to welcome you and allow you to visit our beautiful region. In your accommodation, everything is designed so that you can make yourself at home (good bedding, equipped kitchen, large bathroom) shops 800 m away. After a day of sightseeing, you can enjoy a private outdoor area and relax in the jacuzzi. See you soon

The accommodation is equipped with a bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm and a children's bedroom (attention height 1.70 m) with 2 beds 90 cm. Sheets are not provided. Wifi available. 🍴The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, mini oven, microwave, bar table and chairs, dishwasher and washing machine. 🛋 Living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a TV. 🚿 A shower room with toilet. 🪴Outdoor terrace with garden furniture and two deckchairs.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private. It is part of a larger set of cottages that is our home. COVID INFORMATION: Hygiene and cleaning measures are followed to the letter by your host.

In the green setting of my garden, the studio is independent of the main house, in a very quiet and privileged area. Ideally located, you will be close to the large beach (5 min walk), the bike path, the Vélodyssée GR, the kite spot, the surf spot, 700 m from the city center, markets and restaurants facing the ocean. Nearby, you can also play tennis or canoe and pedal boat on Le Jaunay...

Relaxation in the Countryside

In the heart of the Vendée countryside, in a green setting conducive to rest and relaxation, rental of a 45 m² studio completely renovated in 2019 and ideally located (5 minutes from the A83-A87 interchange) for a stay combining a visit to the Puy du Fou Park (about 25 minutes) and the discovery of the Vendée coast (less than an hour).
