Separate entrance, detached from home. 6 doors to beach, 1 block to Venice pier. Studio is 220 sq ft, efficient, usually quiet & comfortable for 1 or 2. Shower is tight. Queen 14" microfoam mattress. There is NO parking space. While parking can be hard to find, no one has not found it! No smoking or vaping please.
