This newly furnished one bedroom flat is located a stone's throw from the beach right in the heart of Southsea. A big advantage is the private parking space directly in front of the house. The flat is just meters away from the best bars and restaurants the city has to offer, not to mention the Kings Theatre. The most beautiful beach in Southsea is a 10 minute walk away. The train station is a 10 minute walk to the other side. This flat will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in Southsea.

New Forest at it’s best. Peaceful base to explore NF. 2 king-size beds (one is a 4-poster, the other a sleigh bed) A single bed can be added easily, upon request. Kitchenette has sink, micro, mini-fridge, toaster, kettle. Walkable to 2 pubs, Monty’s in Beaulieu & Royal Oak at Hilltop. Fairweathers (walkable) does brekkie. Private access is via spiral staircase to rear of house, not for those with accessibility issues, but it is fine to use internal house stairs.

The Apartment is Light and Airy, with modern quality furniture, , fast WiFi good workspace, large TV, Great for families and long stays. Do to Coronavirus we have taken extra steps to clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces, between bookings. ' We are in a great location .Sandown beach and shops are only a 5 min walk. Bus stop and train station are near by. We have a key lock box , so you can let your selves in.

Welcome to Station Location! At the end of a quite bridal path, this property is a studio apartment that annexes our house. It contains a large super kingsize double bed or 3ft twin beds. It has a sofa, table and chairs, tv and plenty of storage in a large wardrobe. With an ensuite shower room and a kitchenette with all the essentials including a dishwasher. Parking available and pets are welcome!
