WE DON'T CHARGE ANY CLEANING FEES. 2 large TVs - one in the living area, & one in the bedroom. the large kitchen & utility room are very well equipped. it is all on one level with a private garden & outdoor dining area with a kettle coal barbeque.

Set in tranquil private grounds, the old manor of Trevassack overlooks Hayle. Big groups love the 6 large bedrooms sleeping 12, comfortable spaces, full kitchen, 3 cosy living rooms with stoves, hot tub (extra cost) with views, library and baby grand piano and conservatory framing sunsets across the St Ives & Carbis Bay hills. For 13-16 guests, the Annexe costs extra.
