The place is super nice and the view is everything!! The super comfortable accommodation, very clean, easy to access, close to Playa (literal walking), the food around is very accessible, the amenities of 10 (we touched a little cold and the pool is not used for the same, it is not heated). Quite security within the place and parking quite practical, allowing up to 2 cars per room. The children's area is quite useful, and in the evenings its billiard area and other games allow you to rest and don't have to go out. Overall quite comfortable.

I loved the place, it felt comfortable, clean place, Mr. Jesus was very friendly and accessible in the hours, the place has nice sea view, close to the beach to be able to see the sunrise, restaurants nearby, he recommends places to eat that are nice, the pools are well and spacious, clean bathroom and kitchen, in short if I would return to the place again.

The house is very nice and comfortable. Match the photos and description. The subdivision is very quiet, there is an oxxo inentro, which is very convenient. It has a beach, but you can not swim because it is open sea, although you can have a very comfortable time at the beach. It is away from chaos and traffic and very close (10 minutes) to beaches such as Mata de Uva or Antón Lizardo. It's super close to Mandinga where you eat delicious. Naomi, the co-host, was always attentive to our arrival and questions. He was very kind. The entry process is very simple. We loved it and had a great time.

Everything is perfect with the house very clean and everything in order,it is in a very quiet area and with access to the beach and the host is very kind and attentive to everything you need would definitely come back again

The place is comfortable, beautiful, spacious and easy to locate, the photos match the place, and Brenda was always attentive to everything and gave us very good recommendations of places we could go to eat. We had a great time on the days we were definitely back on our next visit.

It is a truly wonderful place, my wife, my son and I are people who constantly rent in Airbnb places and this has been regardless of the magic of the place inside, it is extremely complete with all the services that the advice may need and the attention is incredible, I hope to be able to return to this place soon.

Spectacular place for its ocean view, with all the comforts to spend quiet days facing the sea.

Great place with an affordable price for the area that is usually the most expensive in the place, you never felt a bit of insecurity, you don't even need transportation because everything was a few streets away from the place which made the stay easier. The place was perfectly outfitted with everything you needed, it's hard to find details or feel something missing. And the fact that there are 2 bathrooms make the stay easier and avoid internal conflicts. I use a detail but that is a bit external and it was the fact that the neighbors used to make too much noise in the early morning and woke us up. But that's not controllable as you can't go out on the street to shut up xd

Always at Above us we had normal use details and they resolved them in a timely manner. The place is beautiful and the unbeatable location has a very close Walmart and many typical and chain restaurants. The only thing I would recommend would be to put more utensils in the kitchen and water .

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, they helped us take care of our luggage before Checkin and after the Chekout. Everything was very clean and in an excellent area to be able to walk at the time outside, we did not carry a car although you can leave it inside but you don't need it because you can use local transportation or walk. Having air conditioning and fans help you an even more enjoyable stay. Definitely highly recommended in general and we will be back in the future.

excellent place to be with the family we enjoy it to the fullest, all the amenities as promised and the finishes of the apartment to all of them luxury. each room heated and with TV each one of them. The BREATHTAKING VIEW the best sunrises in the Gulf of Mexico. we will return to the place again and again. highly recommended, it pays that there are no more stars to qualify, if so I would give it 20 stars.
