The house is located at the end of an enclosed residential street and with the Archipelago path as a neighbor. It's peace, quiet, and high to the sky. Three bedrooms. Duvets, pillows, covers and towels are included. One bathroom, one guest toilet, utility room, kitchen and living room. Small but good. Suitable for all ages☺️

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Charming shed trailer uniquely located on scenic grounds with panoramic views over Lake Ollerup. The shed is cozily decorated with a good 140 cm bed, table and chairs. The functional outdoor kitchen is equipped with 2 hobs, a small sink and a 15 l water tank. There is everything you need to cook a simple meal. Bathroom and toilet facilities are located in a brand new trailer about 60 m away. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom shared with 1 other trailer. There is also a refrigerator for free use.

You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Beach and forest in walking distance. The toilet is compost toilet in a separet tiny shower. You are also welcome to use the normal toilet and washing machine in the big house. These are shared with our tenant and friend Albert, as is the gardens. We have bicycles and SUP you can borrow. 4 kilometers to groceries:)
