Waterfront holiday rentals in Vesterhavet

Our stay at Jesper’s place was brilliant. We stayed here over the holidays to visit with family who live in the town. Jesper’s flat was clean and cozy, very easy to find, and the incredible view of the water was one of our favourite parts of staying here. Jesper was also very friendly and communicative throughout our whole stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Jesper’s place, especially during the summer months!

The place is located in the city centre which makes all the places you want to visit walkable. The surrounding is quiet with a nice view and a netto nearby. The house is clean and left with most of the basic amenities.

This is my second time using this apartment for a stay in Vejle. The apartment is large, bright, clean and contains just what is needed. There are two balconies, so it's also possible to get out a little. One balcony overlooks sunrise as well as fjords and the other balcony overlooks the city and full afternoon sun. It was very windy during our stay, but luckily the "afternoon" balcony was on the reading side of the building, so we could easily sit out and enjoy the sun, even if we are only in the month of March. The apartment itself is in a super good location: It is about 2 minutes on foot to the nearest restaurant, 10 minutes on foot to Føtex and with a good 15 minute walk you end up on the pedestrian street. I highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come again.

This is the second time we have stayed in Holger's beautiful apartment. In the meantime, the apartment has been upgraded in the form of a large roof terrace facing the fjord. Therefore, we could not only enjoy the sight of the fjord from the windows of the apartment, but also enjoy tranquility and the view fully on the terrace. If you love nature and seek tranquility - it's definitely a place for you. The apartment was a fixed base for our hikes in Thy National Park (there are so many hiking routes in the area - we used the app 'National Park Thy' for it). The apartment was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, so we could create both Easter lunch and Easter dinner there. We also visited one of the beautiful nearby churches for Easter worship. Holger is a very warm person and welcoming host. Our warmest recommendations for the place. We'd love to come again.

This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

Top location in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance, including the train station. Super amenities, including the kitchen for cooking. Flexibility at check-out helped a lot. Thank you for the accommodation and hospitality, we felt very comfortable.

Modern, well equipped, bright penthouse apartment in great location ! Like living in a castle -kind to leave again 😜 We enjoy both the delicious coffee and our “welcome” champagne overlooking Svendborgsund. Glad Mogens was so flexible with arrival and departure times 👍

The place was very nice. The surroundings were beautiful and in a quiet area. Exactly as we had hoped. We were able to start the new year relaxed and there was enough space for 7 people. We didn't like the sleeping niche with the ladder so much, but it was perfectly fine for the few days. All in all, we were thrilled and the value for money was reasonable.

I spent a weekend at Carina's place with my family when we had an event in Randers. The place is so nice, just like the pictures, not to mention the surroundings! It was furnished with everything we needed and was easy to find/check into. We would definitely recommend this home for a cozy weekend away, or if you have an event in or around Randers!

We were very pleased in the little cottage. The house looks like the pictures show. For the dog there was a small fenced area, which we also liked very much. There were also outdoor seating available. The beach is a 2-minute walk away and offers extensive walking trails. The only "minus point" (actually not, but we found it a pity), there is no TV or sofa on the ground floor. The sofa is upstairs, which is not heated. We should/could have bought our own firewood to heat upstairs. We didn't see this from the listing. The contact with the host or mother worked well and everything went smoothly. We would come back!

Anne Marie was friendly and responded quickly to questions. The place was neat and tidy and with a fully equipped kitchen and many good children's books and games in the shelving unit. The view and sauna were actually, as was the coffee maker!

We had a short Easter stay at this very cozy summerhouse. Great location with nature around and close to the beach as well as a well-appointed and well-functioning house with everything you need. Two of the sleeping places are in the annex, and to the house there are two closed terraces. All in all very convenient. We quickly felt at home and would love to come back.

We were 6 adults and 3 toddlers which was perfect in this house. The children could be on the grass and it was close to both the sea and nature. The house had everything we needed from the dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor furniture, barbecue etc. We would love to come back!

We had a really nice weekend at the cottage. Cozy atmosphere inside the house, and located in a lovely area. Highly recommend✨ The house has everything you need both inside and out, so it's exactly as it should be🙌🏻 We didn't have a finger to put on anything. And not least top points for great communication!

The house is a real treasure! We had a wonderful week, enjoying table tennis and the sauna. We could highly recommend it if you are searching for a place to come down.

Nice place and comfortable apartment.

We will be back! Upon entering the apartment, we felt at home. The window front to the sea is simply wow, the furnishings are comfortable, not overloaded with the apartment, but also not cool. The TVs weren't even on - but there are two. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom functional. The beds are very comfortable and the reserved parking space as well as the elevator are great. The terrace is great and has numerous seating - for us it was still too cold for a bath in the sea - but with morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the terrace we could watch some people at the "cold"bathroom. You can see a lot - the terrace borders directly on the promenade: walkers, cyclists, joggers, many dogs - we really enjoyed the hustle and bustle. There are numerous walking restaurants, the market hall, a grocery store, cafes and in 20 minutes you are in the middle of Aarhus City Center. In short: We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. In particular, the view of the fjord was breathtaking and made our stay memorable. Also the location was perfect – quiet yet easily accessible. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made check-in very easy. We felt immediately welcome and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!
