The cabin is located 80 meters from the sea, and has a large sunny terrace with a gas grill. An annex has a modern bathroom with hot water and WC. The cabin has a nice garden and access to a large lawn for activities such as a trampoline, badminton, and volleyball. Tjøme is bike friendly and there is a bike path along the island and all the way to Tønsberg. A children friendly beach, a summer open bakery, and a cultural center is within few minutes walk.

Bryggerhuset is part of the farm, an old timber house built in 1910. The house was refurbished a few years ago and appears bright and spacious. The property can accommodate up to 7 people. There are 3 beds on the ground floor. The first floor, with 4 beds, is shared and partially open-plan. It appears to be a loft. There are power sockets outside, including the option to charge an electric car. The farm is situated in a rural and open setting.
