There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and biking right next door. Rural location with 500 meters to the bus stop and about 5 km to the train. Free parking with charging facilities for electric cars for a fee. When I'm not renting the space, I live there. Some rooms and closets will therefore not be available.

Newer apartment

I'm renting out my home. This is a newer apartment on the 1st floor with good standards. It has a sheltered and nice location with good sun conditions on the terrace. There is a short way to the city centre. There is also short distance to bus, train and grocery store. Marka and nice hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the outdoorsy. Since it is my home that I rent out, there will be a few items that I cannot remove, but otherwise the apartment will be tidy and clean until you arrive.
