This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. “Sjógylt” Historic beach house with spa in Vestmanna

Cosy historic house in a scenic location. A few steps from the beach with a beautiful panoramic view of idyllic nature. Everything is within walking distance. Quiet and beautiful surroundings, despite the central location. The house is nicely furnished with an entrance hall, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Two bedrooms with two beds each and a living room with a sofa bed. Two terraces, the large one at the front with garden furniture and a spa that can also be used in the months from April to September.

Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

We are a Danish couple who have fallen in love with the Faroe Islands. Do you dream of living in a Faroese village, surrounded by dramatic mountains, birdsong and grazing sheep? We rent a charming home with a rare atmosphere that combines art and nature. The home is located in a quiet area close to beautiful hiking trails and overlooking the village and the Faroese nature. The decor is inspired by Faroese art and culture, with works that reflect the unique beauty of the islands.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

You can find our cosy cottage in our backyard just by the sea. Here you can relax and enjoy the quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. The cottage is suitable for a couple or two persons. Within a walking distance, there is a café/bar, tourist center, sagamuseum, souvenirshop, restaurant, birdcliff sightseeing, sea angling trips and a grocery store. 500 m to the bus connection to Tórshavn.
