The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

A charming cottage by the sea with a terrace facing the south. The terrace is furnished with a lounge set and bbq. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bath room with shower and incineration toilet. The living includes access to a small sand beach, a sauna and a pier with a floating dock for relax and bath. On the ground we have our main house and also free-range chickens and a wonderful cat. Feel free to pick your fresh breakfast eggs. Bikes, SUP and some fishing gear available

Newly built holiday home in Vettekulla, 6 km from Karlshamn city center. Here you live with the forest around the corner and about 300 meters to the sea and renovated jetty. Nearby are a marina, fish smokehouse and restaurants. During the summer months, you can easily get out to the islands in the beautiful archipelago with the archipelago boat from Matvik. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival.

Apartment on the ground floor in a turn-of-the-century house

We rent out our large wooden villa from the end of the 19th century during the summer. It is old and we have been renovating it during the last years. Now its almost finished, newly renovated in old style. The house is spacious with over three meters in ceiling height, old wooden floors and beutiful original windows. It is located just outside the city center and has a large garden and two parking spaces.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

We rent out a cottage on our property. It is located in a lush and nice area about 200 meters from the sea. There are good opportunities for both fishing and swimming. The cottage has a sleeping loft and tiled bathroom. It also has a lovely porch overlooking a meadow with horses.
