Beautiful and spacious house surrounded by nature. Unique place, with secluded beaches, hiking and sea fishing. It fits 16 people comfortably, ideal for 2 or 3 families. It has terraces, a hot tub, hammocks, a grill, a stove and a mud oven. 4 rooms, living room, 3 bathrooms, large common spaces. 15 minutes from Llico and 20 minutes from Vichuquén. Seventh region of Maule. 4 hours from Santiago. Dirt road access, in a safe and quiet condominium.

Lake Vichuquen Shore House

This is a beautiful space to relax and connect with nature. A unique space equipped for you to unwind. You will have direct access to the lake, a private hot tub, and an incredible indoor-outdoor space. Please consider the new environmental resolution from December 2025 in regards to the lake water. As it prohibits swimming on the lake and other activities in direct water contact.
