This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

I loved staying at Maria's place. It was close to most areas I had to go to, 10 minutes away from the airport and was a little haven in the middle of Long Beach. The owners were very nice and helpful. It had all the amenities I needed, with a tastefully decorated apartment. I definitely would stay there again!

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. Greg is always on hand, quick to respond and very helpful. A great pick, thanks.

What a wonderful place to stay. Right in the Bowl of San Clemente, within less than 10 minute walk to the pier and great Bear Coast coffee in the mornings and 2 blocks from Avenida Del Mar with cute shops and excellent restaurants. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the place was the deck -- 2nd floor, facing the ocean. We spent more time out on the deck than inside. Perfect to read, work, eat. Manny was a great host and we plan on returning next year!

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

What a great place!! Location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, grocery store and activities. . Space is beautiful. I love it!! I will definitely return.

Udo was a fantastic host and provided everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating, and the house was absolutely amazing. The backyard was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beautiful California weather. I would definitely recommend this home!

Aimee’s place was great! Very cosy but excellent location, easy walking to everything in Avalon. Aimee was very responsive for anything we needed and we really appreciated her flexibility and attentiveness. Keep in mind there isn’t much of a kitchen to speak of but there’s a nespresso machine for heating water or making coffee and a mini fridge.

We felt right at home during our stay at the lovely studio. Mary and Kleber were fantastic hosts. We loved how peaceful and quiet the place was. It has a full kitchen and bathroom, a washer/dryer combo, a private entrance, and an assigned parking spot. I will certainly revisit when I'm back in town.

Had a great, easy stay. The place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Jan & Dale added lovely extra touches with snacks and breakfast items and were very responsive to our questions. I'd definitely rent here again!

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

My second stay, great great location, clean and cozy, easy check in and out, parking spot near the elevator to secured building (rare to have parking in dtlb included). Felt safe, would definitely stay again.

This home is one of my favorites! It is stunning, huge but feels like you are right at home, very very clean, great location and amenities to use. Overall my friends and I had an amazing stay here. 100% recommend.

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.
