Beautiful apartment at the heart of Condado Beach

Enjoy the magical view of the swimming pool and the Condado Lagoon directly from your living room. This apartment includes a full kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need; a queen bed and a queen sofa bed to accommodate up to two more guests. MARE 22 - 2 Queen Beds w/POOL + Beach half a block

Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

This listing is for a Room with Queen Bed at La Terraza de San Juan Hotel Boutique. Our 200 year old building is fully renovated with original features from spanish colonial era. At La Terraza de San Juan we are like a big family and treat our guests as such.
