The house is over 2 floors with bedroom on the 2nd floor and living room, bathroom, entrance and kitchen on the 1st floor. The property includes an enclosed garden with a pergola and furniture. Samueltun is located "in the middle of the butter dish" and has a short distance to shops, mountains and sea, and a delightful bathing beach. The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, lovely bedding and two sets of pillows per sleeping space. Linen and towels are included.

Old cozy timber house from 1835. Renovated in 2014, new bathroom, new kitchen, loft with 2 beds and a bedroom with double bed. The living room has been kept in the old style. The house is located on a farm where there are sheep. Great space if you want quiet surroundings. We have a cat on the farm. Nice view over Sognefjorden. Welcome to my rental home at the waterfront. Here you can relax, cook good food, shower, swim in the fjord, dive from the jetty, take a sauna, (hot tub by appointment) and recharge your batteries. Here the closed former county road continues outwards, so it is quiet and peaceful here where it is nice to go for a walk or bike. I bought the house 2 years ago, and have restored it, built a sauna, hot tub etc.
