Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! There are two apartments for rent and a small cottage. See my profile You have your own entrance and garden. Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there may be a bit of hustle and bustle, but we are nice and easy-going. A cat may come to visit. Close to Kivik, and the beach (walking distance) is about 15 minutes away. Stenshuvud National Park, Svabesholm and Kivik Art Centre are a few kilometres away. Welcome! Nina

Welcome to a comfortable and stylish accommodation in Österlen – completely renovated internally and with new plumbing in 2025 – with modern comfort and beautiful charm. Here you live between two of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses, with walking distance to both sandy beach and fishing village. Perfect for families with children, golfers, hikers and cyclists. Start the day with morning coffee on the deck in the sun, take a ride along the coast or through the village – and end the evening in the quiet evening sun.

Old school at Vik

The house is situated high up overlooking Stenshuvud and Hanö Bay. It was built in 1897 and was Vik's folk high school until the end of the 1950s. In 2011 and 2012, an extensive renovation was carried out and now the entire house is as if newly built. However, we have strived to preserve the original character of the house as much as possible. Vik is Österlen's oldest fishing village and the old buildings are very well preserved. It's calm and pleasant here and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful!

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rental 2026 weeks 26-27 (weekly) and v32-v35 (weekly) Check-in and check-out on Sundays.

Small cozy renovated stone house from the 19th century a stone's throw from the harbor and beaches of Vik. Small garden with sunlight from morning to night. Upstairs bedroom with a 160-cm double bed plus two children's beds (steep staircase to access). Bathroom with shower, living room, dining area and kitchen. Dishwasher. Separate guest house with a 160-cm double bed and its own WC (no hot water in the guest house). Wi-Fi is available, but there is no TV or microwave. Towels and beds are not included.

Comfortable and fresh accommodation close to the sea, golf courses and hiking trails. Close to sandy beaches and cliffs. 9 km to Simrishamn and Kivik. Bus 5 minutes walk from the residence, runs once an hour. Stenshuvud is 10 minutes by car. Two 18-hole golf courses with restaurants within walking distance. Stenshuvud National Park, 10 minutes by car. Mandelsman's garden in the neighboring village, 5 minutes by car. Grocery store 200 meters away with, among other things, freshly baked breakfast bread.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Frukt's organic apple orchard. A trailer built throughout in solid eco-materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, stove, shower and toilet. The trailer is completely 'off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbors are Baskemölla eco-village with its varied architecture. 500 m down to Baskemölla harbor for a morning swim from the harbor pier.
