The fully equipped kitchen also has an outdoor deck with outstanding views, an outdoor bathtub, a barbecue grill, a sink, and a stone fire pit for enjoying the garden.

It is fully equipped for short and long stays, 2 km from the center of Mendiolaza, 3 km from the center of Villa Allende and 26 km (40 min. by vehicle) from the center of Córdoba. Access to the house has a paved ramp, somewhat narrow to climb, but that any vehicle can easily do.
