Near my accommodation there are wonderful views, restaurants and cafes, art museums, the beach, two lake parks, sports and entertainment attractions. You will like it, because in my home there is light, comfort, a kitchen and everything you need. Welcoming host, comfortable yard with parking(free parking for 2 cars in the yard), gazebo where guests can drink tea, coffee and smoke.

Apartamentul este amplasat în sectorul Botanică pe str. Centrală Dacia, în apropiere de porțile orașului. În apropiere sunt supermarketele "Linela", "Nr.1", grădina botanică, parcul zoologic si oprire de troleibuz și autobuze în toate direcțiile. Blocul este construit cu 9 etaje si dispune de interfon. Cu regret blocul nu dispune de parcare amenajată și nu dispune de ascensor.
