Balcony with outdoor furniture. Sleeping loft with 140 cm double bed and sofa 140 cm with double bed. Staircase from the living room up to the sleeping loft. Kitchen with basic equipment, fridge/freezer, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. No dishwasher. Toilet with toilet, shower, sink and storage cabinet. The cottage is located on the same property as the host's house. Welcome!

Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. Nearest grocery store, 4 km In the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view but also enjoy sitting in front of the woodstove

Quiet and peaceful idyll on its own headland with magical nature around the house. Swim in the lake or the hot tub, relax in the wood-fired sauna or take a ride with the floating dock. Soak up the sun from morning to evening or the cooling shade among the trees on this private headland. Discover the lake's many islands and coves by kayak or fish with the rowboat. Barbecue and larger dining area outdoors as well as several different seating areas. Perfect for families and larger groups. The houses are suitable for 12 people, but there is sleeping space for 18 people.

It is near the picturesque village of Svartå. We are close to Tiveden Nature Park. And directly on hiking, biking and canoeing routes. Berglagsleden route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right next to the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming, boating, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, a cafe restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by free space in the forest. There are also 2 golf courses in the area. EP charging point available for a fee

Villa Sjötullen, beach property with wonderful location

Villa Sjötullen is incredibly beautifully located right by the lake Stor Björken. The villa is 1 1/2-storey with a large country kitchen but modern, with all the equipment and a nice wood stove. Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom incl. washing machine and dryer. Large living room with fireplace, sofa and dining table, double doors out to the wooden deck. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with TV, a bathroom. Parking for several cars directly at the villa. Possibility to rent kayaks. Sourdough bakery is 100 meters away.

Sjöstugan

This accommodation is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful natural setting. You are still close to Karlskoga town centre, with shops and restaurants 10 km away. The nearest grocery store (Stora Coop) is 6 km away. You will have access to the entire property, which offers a total of 6 sleeping places and comprises a cottage and an annexe. Both will be fully renovated internally by summer 2025. The cottage is located right by the water, on Lake Möckeln. There is a rowing boat available for you to use as a guest.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Welcome to a cozy cabin located by Kilsberget, where you can enjoy your morning coffee next to the soothing stream! The cabin has an open space with a dining area and a living room with a fireplace. The main cabin has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet, and a living room that can accommodate 5-7 guests. The view from the house and the guest cabin for two overlooks the stream Göljestigen. Relax in this peaceful place and experience all that nature has to offer. Hiking, MTB trails, waterfalls etc.

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, they can be rented from the host.

With an area of 65 sqm and the possibility to accommodate up to 10 people (6 in the main building and 4 in the guest house) this accommodation is perfect for larger families or friends. With only 30 meters distance to the lake, you can enjoy a great view and easy access to our private dock.
