I had a wonderful stay! Mauricio was an excellent host — very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The property was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Mariela always answers all our questions. The impeccable apartment, very complete , leaves you with everything for a few days. The place is in the dune area, very close to everything , being with a car. The building staff is very friendly. It has good decoration, good quality linens and towels. Very complete everything Mariela leaves in her pantry so you don't have to go out and buy from oil to tea or coffee and many more. Mariela is an excellent host in every way, thank you very much, we will surely return.

Our stay was spectacular! The apartment is the same as the one published in the photographs; this one has digital switches and sensors that turn off the light when you don't feel movement. The apartment is in the middle of the hill, to take into consideration if it comes on foot; but there is locomotion no more than 5 minutes walking; there are commercial places near the apartment. The fist must be placed on the touch panel of the entrance to be able to enter the access code. Communication with Juan was very smooth and very friendly; he responded to all our inquiries; we will definitely be back!

May good place to host, as mentioned in the description and excellent disposition and communication by the host. There were no problems at the reception, the common areas could be used with peace of mind and without hassle. I love the location as it is close to supermarket, right next to the Dunas and locomotion 10/10. The only thing I could leave as an accotación, is the toilet of the kitchen utensils and towels, they were not completely clean. Despite that everything else was excellent. Thank you!

About it met my expectations. In reality the photos fail to describe the whole charm of the house. My whole family group spent some unforgettable days that will remain as a good memory and anecdotas to be remembered during a good time. As a point of improvement. The living room due to its spaciousness, with the pair of furniture looks a little empty, functional if but can better fill the space.

Javier as host is a super attentive and friendly 100/10, when arriving in Valparaíso I had an inconvenience with check-in and I help me without any problem, I was able to enjoy his Airbnb together with my partner which is beautiful, located in a very quiet place in Valparaíso and very beautiful, it has a terrace that has a very nice view as well as its bedroom that overlooks the sea, the house has everything you need to arrive, enjoy and rest. It is no more than thank you for the good disposition of Javier who together with his wife made my stay wonderful, I felt like at home and rest more than I expected, a wonderful place to rest.

We had a great 5 nights here. Very comfortable place with a wonderful balcony letting in light and fresh air. Great host really helped us out when asked. Two places nearby for meals — Independcia Cafe and Paula’s on O’Higgins Plaza. Downtown Valpo is an easy 40 minute walk. Highly Recommended. And a pool!
