Spend the night in this tiny house on a quiet island in the Vinkeveense Plassen. A special place where you can spend the night surrounded by nature, while Amsterdam and Utrecht are within easy reach. Ideal if you really want to unwind or if you want to explore the city during the day and then relax again afterwards. The island is only accessible by boat. For €30 per day, you can rent a motorboat that allows you to easily sail to and from the island and explore the Vinkeveen Lakes.

It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Lovely holiday home at the beautiful Buitenborgh recreation park by the water. Swimming, boating, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, and enjoying the sun is our motto. Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transport is located a little further away; there is a bus stop about 1 km walk/bike ride away, and a train station is 4 km walk/bike ride away. Having your own transport is recommended and parking is available in Abcoude.

The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses.
