The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. For €30 per day, you can rent a motorboat that allows you to easily sail to and from the island and explore the Vinkeveen Lakes.

Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transport is located a little further away; there is a bus stop about 1 km walk/bike ride away, and a train station is 4 km walk/bike ride away. Having your own transport is recommended and parking is available in Abcoude.
