Wonderful Airbnb for families and groups! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. Clean and just a short drive to the strip and great dining! Highly recommend staying there! Xin, was an amazing hostess and even helped get a necklace returned that was left behind!

We were in town for a conference but wanted to be a little out the hustle and bustle. This is really a great spot, and I will for sure look it up again when in Vegas. The house is neat, tidy, clean and very well equipped. The host is really responsive and it is a quiet neighbourhood. Also great if one wanted to head out of town to places like the nearby Blue Diamond.

So much fun!! The house was great and the pool was the highlight for our family. The neighborhood was very quiet and private. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of amenities provided. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

The house was even better than the photos. They had water and fruit out for us when we arrived as well as all of the basic amenities. Clean, beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. My only suggestions are to maybe supply a couple more pots/pans for cooking. Absolutely would stay again!

House was perfect for coworking with coworkers. The house was as described and the host was quick to communicate. The only thing we'd complain about was the noise sensor- it only notified us that we were loud between 9-10am when we were much quieter than other times

This place was exactly as advertised, beautiful and clean! The games were fun and it was so nice having all the bathrooms for a large group like we had. The pool was perfect, the furniture was comfortable and the responsiveness of the owners for any questions that came up was outstanding! So much fun!

We came in to town for a family party. Leann’s house was easy to get to from the airport. The home is very clean, spacious and relaxing. 7 of us stayed very comfortably. The kids loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. Hosts were very responsive whenever we had any questions. We had everything we needed in the home to enjoy our weekend. Amazing house for our group golf trip! Perfect for 8 of us — everyone had their own room and bathroom, and there was plenty of space to spread out and relax. All the amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, and games) were just as advertised and in great working order. The host was super responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay, clean house, good host... we had a great time. One tip, it was lacking a lot of basic accesories like olive oil, salt / pepper... so cooking was a bit difficult, but these aren't required to be there, just know that you'll need to go buy it all. You will love this place

This was a great place to stay. Everything was within a short 15 minute or less drive. Quiet neighborhood with a private entrance. I would definitely stay at the location again.

It was a great stay- Jason made it easy to communicate and ensure an overall easy, smooth process. The house was beautiful and in a private location only 15 minutes from the strip with other places much closer by such a the M and other food spots. Highly recommend!

Eli is a great host. Extremely attentive and cares about the time you have. We had a few changes to our trip and he accommodated for everything he could. We came for a sports tournament and it was a great home base for us.

Our family would stay here again. The backyard and game room were great to keep the kids entertained throughout the trip. The host is very accommodating and very responsive.

Love the location because its very close to all the attractions. It seems to be in the center of everything. The house is amazing because its very roomy for my family of 15. Although it has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms it is all on one floor. The house is magical because there's always something new to discover.

This is the second year our family has stayed at this location, and we love it! It is convenient to lots of activities in the area, and the pool and the hot tub nearby are great to visit at the end of the day. This place has plenty of room for a family to relax, hang out, and sleep comfortably.

This Vegas home was an absolute winner! The location couldn't be better . Having our own pool and firepit was such a treat . The home was incredibly clean and well stocked. And those beds-extremely comfortable! The game room was a huge hit, especially the movie theater that fit 6 of us perfectly. We honestly could have stayed in the whole time – it had everything we needed for the perfect Vegas escape. Tim was a pleasure to talk to he provided all the information needed and very professional. What a wonderful trip we had we will definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
