The room is located on the third floor, it has its own separate entrance, and all amenities are 5 to 15 minutes away: the small beach is 5 minutes away; the large Zlatni Rat beach can be reached in about 20 minutes via a leisurely walk along the seafront through the pine forest; the nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, and there is another one 5 minutes away; the town centre is 8 minutes away. I am always at home, and you can ask me anything you need. Thank you, and I wish you all the best, Snežana. If necessary, a fifth person can stay for free, which is very affordable. I live in the same house, so please ring the doorbell or send a message when it suits you to come. In the evening, after 10:30 p.m., it is quiet.

Our cozy apartment is located close to the center of Komiža old town. Free private parking is available right next to the house. It is in quiet neighborhood and has a separate entrance from the main road. It takes a short walk down to the waterfront. Waterfront is beautiful place where you can enjoy delicious food in restaurants, have a cold drink on a hot day or simply enjoy the view of a charming fisherman’s town. Honestly, Komiža is a small place.. all within a ten minute walk.

This historic stone villa is in the 2nd row from the waterfront. It is in the old town center close to everything, but in a quiet area. It was built in the 17th century. We carefully restored it in 2025 according to the requirements of the Ministry of Antiquity, and gave it a east-meet-west embience. It a charming house instead of a generic B&B, and a comfortable and spacious home for your relaxing holiday. Vis's beautiful harbour view is just a few steps from the villa.

This lovely 60 m2 apartment has 3 floors, 2 rooms, 2 bads (200x160), sofa , 1 bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher. There are ceiling fan on the ground floor and air conditioner on the first floor and second floor. Please contact me few days before arrival to confirm your arrival time!

Apartment Knezovic

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.
