Holiday rentals with lake access in Viseu District

As a group of 8 people (young people), we can only thank you for the welcome, the friendliness and the wonderful space. Even in January, we did not resist a swim 😝 we intend to return!

We truly enjoyed our time relaxing at this scenic and historic place. Right along the river, attached to walking trails in a little park. Plenty of space and all the comforts of home. We spent a cool December evening here cozying up next to the fire and reading about the history of the region. The bridge/entrance dates back to roughly 1660-1740, incredible!

I want to express my sincere thanks for the exceptional experience I have had. From the first moment, I felt welcome and valued. Casa with lots of rooms and a good floor area! The host was very attentive and made us completely at ease!

My stay was just what I needed: a couple of peaceful days in the pristine mountains of Portugal. Very well, equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and nice linens …the host left me some vegetables and fruit from garden, which was amazing. A couple of stunning fireplaces in the house that I used every night Just enjoyable. Thank you.

We loved the stay! The house had all the amenities to spend a quiet and comfortable weekend. mr. João was always very attentive.

Amazing and cozy space. The person in charge has always been shown to be available and concerned for the well-being of the guests. All 5-Star! It should be noted that the jacuzzi improved the experience 😁 Perfect for a getaway in the wild, surrounded by animals and green space!

The listing is nice and cozy; the host is kind, welcomed us in person, and suggested some activities to do; the view is just astonishing!

The place was basic and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. I was shown around before handed the keys. Parking is free around the apartment but tight so be careful with hire cars (mine was scratched). It's about a 10min walk into the town area, there is a great family run restaurant to the right of the apartment and a few bars nearby. The nearest big supermarket is about 3mins drive away.

The place was exactly what we were looking for, easy access, clean with what you need to have a comfortable stay. Swimming pool was lovely and glad we had air con! Also great to have a bakery opposite who serve lovely coffee, bread and cake.

Quite a hike up the hill if you don’t have a car, just bear that in mind. Also if you’re going into town to eat, the same applies. However the upside of course is that the views are outstanding. Quiet and tranquil, we were extremely happy with our stay. Great hiking on the doorstep, lots of wine tasting if that’s your thing. One very nice touch was the traditional custard tarts and lovely bread/rolls left outside our door each morning by our host. Very nice touch indeed

Apartment in a very good location and in a quiet area. Very spacious living room and comfortable beds. It had everything we could need in the kitchen as well as in the rooms. 10 minutes away we had a supermarket and the bus station. The super friendly and very attentive host, a 10 for her.

Very quiet apartment, total silence, impeccable cleaning the very comfortable bed which makes it easy and very much the rest. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the baths that is done quietly by the river, communication was easy and quick, I highly recommend staying in this dwelling.

We stayed 4 days in Ysabel's house, with the directions obtained it is it was intuitive to find the house that upon our arrival was as described. The space was more than good, the view of the river was a surplus, and we were able to comfortably make our visits to Porto and surroundings in the extra day there are all the amenities 10 minutes from the house. Ysabel and her partner were discreet as if they were not there but always ready for a smile and if we needed anything. Thank you for everything Tony Ileana and Vittorio

Good stay, space with a lot of quality, extremely calm area to rest from the city stress, surrounding area very nice for those who like to walk and walk through nature. I recommend it.

Great house. Great surroundings. Loved the pool area and the boats at the lake.

Lovely setting in the valley with the river rushing by, out porch looked up the river and walks around the grounds were very peaceful, we really enjoyed the area. There were so many small details that made the place special, lighting in the evenings along rhe paths and by the waterfall, kind and responsive communication, lovely and well designed interior, an amazing bathtub with piping hot water, comfy sheets, firewood and more. We will definitely be back.

The couple of the farm was incredibly welcoming and nice. They baked two cakes for us during our stay, out of hospitality. In addition, they helped us with all our questions despite their somewhat flawed English. They also gave us free fresh bread from the bakery. The rooms in the house themselves were full of comforts and incredibly clean. The farm is also incredibly large, so there is no lack of space. I can recommend this Airbnb to everyone, we will definitely be back!

Amazing location, we loved swimming in the river, kayaking and chilling in the hammocks. Gleb and Anna were really welcoming and helpful hosts. We'd love to visit again. Highly recommended
