The space is the back of my house. It is completely independent from the front part, as it is entered from the side of the house. It has a private bathroom, living room, kitchen and a gallery overlooking the garden and pool. The accommodation is very spacious and bright, with a large number of paintings and drawings, as I am a visual artist. This is an ideal area in Mendoza, as it is quieter and cooler than the city, allowing you to rest from the Mendoza heat.

Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.
