It is only a short drive to golf, flea/antique market, Stenshuvud National Park, etc. Kitchenette for simple cooking Small patio in the southwest with barbecue grill. Private entrance. If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! There are two apartments for rent and a small cottage. See my profile You have your own entrance and garden. Wi-Fi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there may be a bit of hustle and bustle, but we are nice and easy-going. A cat may come to visit. This organic farming, governed by 2 cats and Manfred the watchdog, is situated only 15 min drive from Malmö Airport and 5 min from the local train station. Bicycles available to borrow. Ugglesjö is the perfect spot for unwinding and for exploring the southern part of Skåne. Nearest beach access is Mossbystrand, 22 min. by car.

In the best location overlooking the ocean and Kivik's fine buildings. It has everything you need for a restful vacation. Large living room, dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, guest toilet and kitchen. Proximity to restaurants, beach, fish shop and grocery store. Large wooden deck with dining table and sun-loungers! Some of the house is completely newly renovated with bedroom, bathroom and private exit to terrace. The kitchen will be renovated in February/March 2026.

Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.
