I already knew the vicinity, I have stayed other times around the surroundings, but the Magno's apt is excellent, everything the same as the photos, everything clean, smelly, well organized, you think everything in the lrs kitchen, everything is well preserved. A wonderful view, a good hotel. And the Magno always on readiness, responds super fast, whatever you need, is there to help you, friendly and polite. So we had a wonderful, quiet hedging, the family loved it. Super recommend, and we will return more often, as soon as possible, without a doubt!!!

The apartment was extremely clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds and pillows, good shower and black-out in the rooms. Kitchen items needed for what we needed. Jadson always helpful, gave us all the necessary information. The personnel of the gatehouse, especially Cristina, tb were very kind. The sea of that Itaparica region is agitated, but there are good nearby kiosks and a good playground on the beach for children. Tb there is market and casafruti very close by. The tb building has a very helpful little place. In short, comfortable apartment, good location and cordial host.

Tainá provided all the very well explained information about check in and stay in the house. There was an unforeseen shower burn, but we were promptly attended and explained when they could fix it. For personal reasons, I had to advance my ticket and cancel the last day of the stay, my request being promptly answered for the return of the unused night.

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

Super quiet place, we slept with the sound and the sea breeze, the lagoon is also super close and a delight to enjoy both day and night, the house is well equipped and very comfortable, Paulo and Andressa were very dear and helped us with everything we needed, a very good couple that we will carry in our hearts! We recommend it 100% and hope to return!

The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

Our stay at Marcia's place was simply wonderful! From the beginning, she was an exceptional host — super attentive, kind and always willing to respond to our messages quickly. We received several indications of places to visit, which made all the difference in our experience. The house is beautiful, airy, very well equipped and cared for with care. We had complete peace of mind at check-in and check-out, all very organized. Also, both Marcia and her husband welcomed us with contagious sympathy. It was an amazing experience and we certainly want to go back. We recommend with eyes closed!

look , the place is beautiful, Mary's house is very beautiful too , spacious ,cozy,clean , in each corner you feel a little of her family's experience in place, I loved the decoration, the photos, the furniture ... Mary always very attentive , requests , and understanding , is a wonderful place to rest , listening to the sea in the silence of the night was an amazing experience, I and my family recommend for sure ❤️

This apartment is a rare gem! One of the most beautifully decorated places I've had the pleasure of staying in. The apartment has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The air-conditioning works very well. The location is fantastic and the view is remarkable to the beach. The host was kind and always available if we needed anything. She was so kind that she even let us check out later as there were no other guests checking in the same day. This will be the first place we'll see when we're in town.
