The house is fully renovated in February 2023.Located on Acharavi Beach 30 meters behind VILLA YIANNITSIS Ap.1. It includes 2 bedrooms, living room (with sofa bed), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen ideal for couples and families. It has a shared garden and playground with VILLA YIANNITSIS AP.1. 800 meters away is the center of Acharavi where you will find restaurants, taverns, cafes, bars, supermarkets and banks. Next to the house there is a Pool Bar (Sun Rose) where you have free entrance.

Dream Beach House is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach in Acharavi. It is a first floor house with an attic occupying 180m2 and has a excellent sea view. In the attic two queen size bedrooms and a comfortable office can accommodate at least 5 guest. On the lower level a large open living area creates a comfortable environment. A private undercover balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. Time and worries will melt away by the serenity of this beautiful location.

Self contained stone cottage with wonderful atmosphere , five minutes by car to the nearest shops You’ll love my cottage because of the complete peace solitude and breathtaking views. The sea is just five minutes walk from the cottage..Spectacular pool available from 1 May to October . My cottage is good for couples and solo adventurers. Not suitable for chidren.
