Great cabin on Varaldsøy overlooking Hardangerfjorden and Folgefonna glacier. The cabin has a sauna, and a large and sunny terrace. Registered fishing company for tourist fishing. Possibility of renting a boat for fishing, about 300 meters to the berth. One of two identical cabins for rent. There are great beaches on the island, and many nice mountain hikes you can go on. The cabin has three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with a family bed and a bunk bed. Bed linen and towels can be rented if desired. You can drive to the door.

Log cabin with all amenities, 25 min from Bergen

Welcome to a real log house, which is built after many hundred year old building desks in Norway. The house has modern facilities on a flat. You will have lovely bed linen, lots of pillows and lots of soft towels. The walls are logs and all floors are solid wood pine floor with heating cables. You can park several cars for free on the property and in the garage and you will be able to enjoy lovely views of the great nature. Bergen is only 25 minutes away. There are 5 beds in the house and two mattresses. What an experience!

The electric ferry between Gudvangen and Flåm is recommended! About 25 minutes by car or bus to beautiful Flåm. Take the Flåmsbanen up and Flåm zipline with its span of over 1300m and altitude difference of over 300m, down again. Voss is about 25 minutes away. 1 hour drive over beautiful Vikafjellet, and you are in Vik in Sogn. Norway in a nutshell!

Nice place overlooking the mountains and Granvinsvatnet, bathing area by the water. Granvin is well suited for hiking in forests and mountains. Granvin is a great starting point for trips to Hardanger, Sognefjorden and Bergen ☀️ -20 min to Voss, which is the commercial centre for the region. -30 min to Eidfjord with Vøringsfossen, Kjeåsen and Hardangervidda -70 min to Odda - 1 hour 50 minutes to Bergen There are bus services to Voss, Ulvik and Odda. Det en utedo knyttet til hytta, men den som leier hytta vil også ha tilgang på delt bad og kjøkken i hovedhuset på Vikinghaug. This is the place to rent if you want a very special romantic and primitive stay with absolutely outstanding views. This is a small cabin with double bed. Shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom in the main house.

"Drengstovo" with a lovely view in Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

The property is located in a sunny spot just above the town centre. We have free parking, and it is only a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to the train station and the gondola. The place is ideal for 1 to 2 people, but can be expanded to 3 to 4 people upon request to the host.
