Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bath. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming areas nearby. In winter, there is a short distance for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann, and at Gautefall there is an alpine ski resort. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

There are 8 sleeping places, but we do not recommend to be 8 adults.
