Short distance to many fishing lakes and nice swimming areas. The area is known for its great skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of groomed cross-country trails, 12 lifts and 26 slopes. Shared lift card and ski bus between the lifts. The apartment is centrally located and peaceful on the 2nd floor, must go up stairs. The flat is newly renovated, good living for 4 people. Within walking distance there is a Joker shop, hairdresser, Cricket K, restaurant, swimming area, school with playground and football field. Rolling ski slope of approx. 1 km and ski slopes of 2, 3, 5, 10 km. Children's ski slope with lift right next to it. The place is located 1/2 hour from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord. Støga - Pizza restaurant and Pub nearby. They are open Fri. - Sun. from 2 pm - until approx. 11 pm.

There is a family with small children living in the house, so the apartment is not to be used for parties. Unfortunately, there is a lot of noise between the floors, and sounds from the children's activities on the second floor will be heard.
