Small cottage, 1 bedroom and living room/kitchen. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Small fireplace in living room. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob and small dishwasher. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. No TV. About 100 meters down to Vråvann with the possibility of fishing and swimming. No laundry service available. (URL HIDDEN) for ski slopes. All guests must wash after themselves as I do not always have time to check between changes of guests. Note - New landfill landfill - map/directions are located in the cabin.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Small boat can be borrowed, with electric motor if fishing is of interest. Fishing license must be purchased. Vrådal Alpinsenter with 15 slopes and 5 lifts is 6 km away. There are full tableware, cutlery, glasses, pots and frying pan. Cozy fire pit area with blue pan and possibility to cook on a fire pit.🔥 Outhouse with bio toilet and single sink with foot pump. There is no electricity.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Private lawn and fire pit. Approximately 100-150 m from the house you have access to a swimming area, boat, volleyball court, playground and football field. Roller ski slope of 1 km and ski slopes of 2, 3, 5, 10 and 25 km just below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub within walking distance. The place is about 20-30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.
