Fully equipped house of 180 sqm built in 2016 in a charming, older style, with the kitchen and living areas on the ground floor and the four bedrooms one floor down. From the kitchen, you can reach the balcony on the upper floor, and there is a glazed conservatory below it. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. The forest where you can find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms is behind the house, and in front you have a view of the lake and meadows. There is a swimming area below the house. A rowing boat is included in the rent. Dogs are welcome at this accommodation.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. At Bovik, you live a simple life, in the heart of nature. The lake plot is completely secluded with a fantastic view of the lake. From the jetty on the property, you can take a nice morning dip, and if you want to go to the beach, there is one just a few minutes' walk away. A small rowboat is available to borrow for excursions or fishing. The water is collected in a pump, the shower is made in lake water and the sink has a beautiful view of the lake. In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. We have a house of 70 sqm that is 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. Which you are welcome to rent for a long or short period of time. There is a lake view and it takes 3 minutes to walk down to the beach. Good fishing waters and a good walking trail for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Sheets/bed linens/towels are not included)
