This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Our small apartment is located in the historic heart of Clermont-Fd, on the 2nd and top floor of an old building in front of a small wooded square. We have taken care of its decoration in order to give it a soul, to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A spacious balcony allows you to eat outside in the warm weather. The view is unobstructed. Située dans un hameau paisible en pleine nature à 5 minutes de Vulcania et de Lemptégy ainsi que de nombreux départs de sentiers de randonnées, vous pourrez vous reposer dans l'ancienne forge de Constant et aujourd'hui transformée en gîte fait de pierre et de bois. De nombreux sites touristiques se situent à proximité.

We are renting out a superb 33 m² studio, located in a quiet area. Fully furnished and newly equipped. Ideally located: close to the city center (10 min by bus), and also close to several hiking trails, 11 min drive to Puy de Dôme and 7 min to an Intermarché. We provide linens, free access to the studio thanks to a key box (code provided by SMS). The little extra! We have four cats, rather sociable, watch out for allergies! Clélie and Gaëtan.
