The cottage is located in the village Kåbdalis known for its ski resort. Here you can also easily get out into the wilderness on scooter, skis, horse, or on foot. Guests bring their own towels, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. The cabin has two sleeping areas one with bunk bed, and one with 160 cm bed, one kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, stove, as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Within walking distance of the cottage, there are also shops/bakery/cafe/postal service, as well as restaurants and pubs during high season in the ski resort.

The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV.
