When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? Jindřichovice Homestead

We offer a farmhouse in Jindřichovice near Želetava for short-term rent/holidays. The layout includes 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 8 beds, a large living room, a kitchen and a glazed conservatory. The enclosed garden includes a covered and spacious barn for sitting and barbecuing. The Hottube hot tub is a new addition. The Sud Hottube is available from 15 September.-30.4. The fee for one use is paid on site in the amount of EUR 10. The historic town of Telč is 15 km away. A small children's playground is available in the village.

Ideal for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams within 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

Chalupa Tylda is a renovated historic homestead with a rich past. It originally served as the court of the bailiff Josef Hudec in Lhota Lísek. It offers three apartments with a capacity of up to 19 people, ideal for families, friends or corporate events. Each apartment has access to a hot tub, private bathroom, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The common room with a jukebox, darts, table football and ping pong provides entertainment, while the outdoor seating with a barbecue grill provides a peaceful rest.

In the garden

It is wooden, it is comfortable, it is in the garden. In the countryside of the Highlands, I built a modern cottage dedicated to rest for my family. Immersed in the tranquility of the garden with a piece of nature. Orchard, ponds, unlimited space. We put this place in peace and relaxation without a TV. A private hot tub (does not have a whirlpool function) and a sauna are available for an additional charge of CZK 500 and CZK 800 per heating session, respectively.
