perfect for peaceful getaway

This homestay has perfect ambience and is isolated . They have all basic amenities and they also have indoor games like carrom . Jishnu was a very welcoming guest and gave us suggestions on where to go . The place is surrounded with peacock sounds and jackfruit trees .

I had a wonderful stay at Ramya's place! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with basic amenities one could need. Ramya was incredibly hospitable and quick to respond to any questions I had. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

The highlight was undoubtedly the serene surroundings – surrounded by lush coffee plantations, offering both privacy and a homely atmosphere. Absolutely loved our short stay at the house. Special mention to the caretaker Jose, he always went an extra mile to make sure we are comfortable at the place. We got to experience the local delicacies and explored the plantation adjacent to the property. Jose was very welcoming and and made sure the house is clean and spotless

Feels like a home situated in heaven. The place has a direct view to the waterbody in front of it. Proactive communication from Akhil really helped us last minute cooking instructions. The place is really beautiful
