'Spy The Sea' Polzeath

My sunny home is a short walk down a private road to Polzeath Beach, surf schools and a number of lovely shops & restaurants . You’ll love my place because of the seaviews and open farmland to the rear. There are fantastic walks all around. This property is suited to couples, groups of friends and families. Max 10 please Newly renovated with brand new comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The Summer Shack has 2 large sofabeds, can sleep 2 kids or adults, or just use it as an extra living room.

Welcome to our charming two-bedroom apartment. Recently converted it offers a comfortable and modern living space, perfect for a relaxing getaway. With its convenient location and fantastic amenities, it's the ideal choice for your next break. Entrance Hall, Open Plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen, Bathroom, Main Bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom features two single beds that can be easily converted into a king-size bed if needed. The apartment benefits from underfloor heating.

Central cottage - 5 mins walk to the surf+parking!

This stylish old fisherman's cottage is split into a ground floor and first floor apartment, sleeping 8 people. Made up of 3 bedrooms containing 2 x king beds, one bunk bed and one king sized sofa bed. There is also availability for an infant in a cot. Both flats have been renovated in a contemporary style.
