Steps at the edge of our garden lead down to Birdsong & a secluded courtyard with fire pit. It truly is the perfect escape from it all which seems hard to believe when, only a stroll away, you’ll find grocery shops, restaurants, pubs and ever popular Camel Trail and bike hire to cycle to Padstow or inland.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Maypall Cottage is a stylish, characterful cottage tucked away in the pretty village of St Tudy. Very close to some of North Cornwall's best beaches including Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. A perfect place to stay to enjoy a day on the beach, walks on Bodmin Moor and the Camel Trail or to visit the nearby towns of Padstow, Port Isaac or Wadebridge with their award winning restaurants from Chefs including Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw.

Tresweden Loft is a light and spacious one bedroomed apartment set over a triple garage. King sized bed, en suite shower and wc. Kitchen, diner and lounge with sofa bed. Large external balcony with a patio table and chairs to seat 4. Views over open fields on all sides. Lovely part of north Cornwall 3 miles from beach. The property is wi-fi enabled. We do accommodate dogs at an additional charge of £25 per dog payable on arrival please.
