The Annex at Buttons Farm

The Annex is an elegant, spacious property in a beautiful rural setting. It is perfectly located for exploring Kent & Sussex with many wonderful attractions and activities close by. A short drive to Wadhurst station is perfect for day trips up to London, only a 1 hour journey. Wadhurst village, voted as the best place to live in the UK 2023, is a few minutes drive away. The rooms are large and spacious, perfect for couples or families. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Goldcrest Lodge Wadhurst

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. Located opposite traditional Sussex pub (Rose & Crown) and walking distance from village center with local shop, baker, butcher, deli, high end restaurant (Middle House) etc. 9 miles from Tunbridge Wells and 4 miles from Wadhurst Train station with regular trains to London. 23 Miles from Eastbourne it's a great location for exploring the South East.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

High Weald country side Log Cabin on Cattle farm

Located on a working cattle farm, this cosy log cabin has enough space to comfortably be occupied by up to 7 people with plenty of garden space complete with picnic tables, BBQ and a fishing pond. The farm itself is found in the centre of the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty and is surrounded by numerous castles, Bedgebury forest and Bewl reservoir. In addition to the views, only a short drive away are plenty of shopping towns, a cinema and bowling complex.
