Beautiful villa- amazing quiet private spot for family or group with 5 en-suite bedrooms, two kitchenettes, washing machine, balcony with plunge pool and BBQ overlooking sea. Pictures do not do the place justice. Warm helpful staff on site. Kayaked with turtles. Thoroughly recommend - would go back.

We arrived during the cyclonic storm of February, after a thrilling drive from Muscat where we had to pass some flouds over the streets. Happy to finally reach the appartment. Due to the extreme weather conditions (very rare in Oman, it only rains 3 days a year), there were some leaks in the appartment. The owner gave our family instantly an upgrade to another appartment nextdoor (i think nr 1 or nr2), which was really twice as nice, very comfortable and furnitured with very high standaards. The owner also helped us with relevant info for our coming days (about the conditions of the roads towards the Desert & Jebel Akhdar), which we really appreciated. Also the housekeeper did a great job in securing our family during the severe weather conditions. Unfortunatley, we did not manage to go the FInns beach, Tiwi beach, or Wadi Shab due to extreme flouds, but anyway we felt safe in the house, and the owner offered us to stay as long as the weather conditions did not allow us to travel. Top!

Accommodation located 8min walk from Wadi Shab departure, very clean and pleasant with a salvaging pool in great heat and stunning sea views. Bushra also offered us a great dinner, a great value for money. I recommend it!

From the minute we walked into the living room with the spectacular view of the ocean, we knew it was a special place! What a beautiful home and location. We walked the beach using the stairs. Would recommend water shoes as it is mostly a pebble beach, but worth the walk! Just was very accommodating and it was spotless. Enjoyed our stay, and went out to the local restaurants for dinner.

It has been a great pleasure staying at this beautiful and luxurious house! Bedrooms and bathrooms are so generous! We also liked the outdoor ligthing in the evening. Location with a nice beach right in front of the door and situated between Sur and the Wadis is very convenient to explore the area. On top, Musallam gave us very useful tips and was always very helpfulness.

Oustanding experience from start to finish. Caretaker and owner were unbelievably helpful. So friendly and always quick to respond. House is absolutely stunning and exactly as described. Clean and very well equipped. Pool area was perfect for the kids. Perfect location for peace and relaxation. Nearby beach is lovely and very quiet and the sinkhole and park is definitely a must see local attraction. Beautiful. We had an amazing week and looking forward to our next visit already. 100% would recommend for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a stunning home with amazing hosts and beautiful scenery.

We were a group of six and had a truly wonderful stay at this villa. The decor is cozy and welcoming, and everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. The pool was another highlight, clean and perfect for relaxing. The host provided a detailed guide that made everything so easy during our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Hossam for being very responsive and helpful throughout — communication was smooth and professional. Also, big thanks to Adel for making sure everything was in perfect shape. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely love to come back again!

We were in a relationship (my wife and I). We were visiting for our road trip to Oman, so we opted for this beautiful villa where we spent an afternoon and one night! The instructions given by Khulood were very clear, with keys in a secure box. He was very available by message, responsive and attentive. I thank him for his professionalism. When we arrived, the house was clean, in perfect condition and ready to welcome us. We were able to enjoy the pool that the place offered, and it was great with a water temperature that was suitable. There is also a special location to park your car in the garden. All amenities were as pictured! I highly recommend it and will happily go back!
