Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wakayama

Warm welcome, extra cuisine, we were also able to share our passion for guitar and fishing.

A nice apartment in a peaceful area of Wakayama. It is close to a Nankai train station, 15 minutes from Wakayama station. The place itself has everything needed and the hosts were reactive and polite.

I was able to stay like own home. Due to unusual cold, the owner brought a brand new electric blanket and I was able to sleep in the warm bed. I thought it was very kind of them.

My family and I include the elderly and small children for 2 nights, the house is big and tidy, the stay is comfortable, the environment is peaceful, the kitchen has a lot of new cookware and cutlery, I can easily make breakfast and cooked meat dinner, on the day of check-out, the small child is not comfortable to see a doctor, thank you two staff for the help, help me call the hospital to ask if there is a pediatrician, thank you both.

Great house, the area is also very large, the same as the photos introduced by the host, definitely suitable for vacation, sea view on the front line, with hot spring, this time just a small night stay, the chance to stay for a while in the future.

3 bedroom unit in managed tower called Crystal Exe Shirahama 2, part of Crystal chain. We had unit 1102 which has expansive views of the beach & inland from the wrap around balconies on 3 sides. Big rooms,clean and a short walk to the beach and the Ginza Dori eating area & various foot baths. (even shorter if you use the stairs in the middle of the adjacent hospital car park). English diagram of the washing machine & hot water controls would have been good.( note if you want more than a luke warm shower there is a panel over the controls above bath that you need to flick down with your fingernail if you wish to raise the shower/bath temperature). Multinational " students" on check in desk under strict instructions not to let us in until 3pm despite the unit empty & made up the day before (not the hosts fault.) Just Japan and Rules over Service culture. Also strictly one key only which is inconvenient as we had 2 groups and reception closes at 7pm. A good place stay in Shirahama.

I enjoy the natural in-house onsen very much with an ocean view. It would be more friendly to older people if the building could have a lift since the room is on the 3rd floor.

This is a cozy, cute and spacious. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would suggest the host to simplify the check in process. It’s self check in. Each person in your party will have to take a photo with passport on the check in pad. You won’t get the passcode without taking photos. I uploaded the passport photos prior to check in so I didn’t understand about this process. We had a large group and the people who arrived early couldn’t get into the house until everyone arrived.

This space had all the amenities for a comfortable stay whilst retaining elements of its past; a nice blend of modern and historical. The area is beautiful, and provided us with a much needed change of scenery after days of city-hopping. Shogo was a great host... friendly, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place as a launching point for various activities around Nara & Wakayama prefectures.

We have been using Kawai-san's facility since the last fishing trip. This time, I was as pleasant as last time. We look forward to hosting you next time.

A very nice place and a cozy cabin! Noriko is a very sweet and accommodating host (arranged for us to check in and out) In particular, I enjoyed picking tea with her and her friends I wish I had stayed for a few more days…

Anyway, it was easy to spend time, and the access to the surrounding area was very good if it was a car, so I enjoyed it very much.

Kaori is a true lover of the land and school, she is guarding her family's childhood memories and is precious.In addition to Goyou, there are actually two shower bathing places, and there are three modern toilets, which are not mentioned in the introduction, so the bathroom and bathing facilities on site exceeded my expectations!It is very suitable for families with children, and it is also suitable for "small beans by the window". The house is very nice, the beach is nearby. But keep in mind that the location of the house is not very good, without a car it will be difficult for you there, there are almost no taxis. The nearest station Tan-Nowa is 2 kilometers from the house if you walk.

It was very clean and fully equipped.The location was straightforward and check-in was seamless.It was nice that the parking lot was free. I just bought ingredients for dinner.There are no condiments, so you may need to pay attention to buying flavored ingredients, etc.The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking together in the morning and evening. The sunset over the sea from the bedroom and bath was very beautiful, and my first stay in Shirahama was a pleasant memory. Also, there is a washing machine with dryer function, so I appreciated being able to wash and dry my bathing suit and towels after swimming and take them home. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV, so I enjoyed playing my favorite videos and music. It was my first time using Airbnb, but I found that I could stay in such a well-serviced place at a cheaper price than a hotel, and I had more options for my upcoming trip.

We stayed for over a month and liked it a lot. Kids friendly. It is what the description says. Nothing fancy. It does have a decent onsen. The bedroom was larger than expected for Japan. The surrounding area where the hotel was looks somewhat abandoned and far from the main attractions of shirahama, but it was very immersed in nature in comparison to other options. We can definitely see ourselves booking again here.

Great place, good to stay a few days to enjoy all points in Shirahama, and you can cook if you want as the kitchen is fully equipped. The view of the apartment is beautiful.

I stayed for one night, but I wanted to stay a little longer! It is a place where you can relax. The location is great with a panoramic view of Shirahama Beach! If I get another chance, I want to use it!

The facility feels like a retreat and is old, but it is well cleaned.Also, the bath was very good with the source.
