In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skating rink and the possibility of SUP. Due to the location in the "Dreiländereck" [tri-border area], this is the perfect starting point for cycling tours and hikes.

House with its own lake shore (3 minutes' walk), where the canoes (for 7-8 people) can be launched. 8-minute walk from the valley station of the 8-seater gondola in the Flumserberg (ski resort) and from the SBB station Unterterzen. Wonderful terrace for barbecuing in the evening sun overlooking the lake and Churfirsten. On the other side of Lake Walen, after 20 minutes of paddling with canoes, there is secluded wilderness at the Gasbach. Ideal for swimming, sunbathing, grilling and jumping off the rocks!

Wake up with fantastic lake and mountain views, drink a Nespresso coffee and then go hiking, biking, cross-country skiing or skiing, meditation, yoga, swimming in the lake or as a pilgrim on the Way of St. James to the monastery of Einsiedeln (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The bed is 140 cm wide and suitable for 1-2 people.

Our accommodation is bordered by a nature reserve. Urban train and supermarket are reachable by foot in 15 minutes, in 17 minutes one can reach with the urban train Zürich City, and in about 30 minutes the airport Zurich. You have a beautiful view of the Greifensee, the surrounding reed belt and the mountains behind it. From the house you can observe birds as well as sometimes deer. It is rented to private persons only and not to companies.

On the other side of the lake, you can easily reach Meilen by car ferry. You can spend your vacation or seminar/conference days with me in a pleasant atmosphere. Even for a short break, you will find enough peace and quiet with me.
