This cottage is over 100 years old and has been brought back to life. This charming little home has been saved from ruin and renovated. It may look small from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised how spacious it is on the inside. It also has a very large backyard with small grassed area and large peppercorn tree.It is well situated in lovely Wallaroo and with in walking distance to the beach, main street, Hospital, pubs, Coopers alehouse, service station, pizza place and lots more.

Maldon is one of Wallaroo's old lime stone & granite cottages. A privately owned cottage so centerally located you can leave your car and walk to almost everything & has just undergone a total revitalization right through out in refeashing and family friendly decor. The back yard bosts has an awesome Alfrasco BBQ area nestled amongst the old stone fence and paved with old red bricks where you can comfortably seat 10 secluded in the large fully lawned surrounds.
