Short/long stay, very confortable, great location.

You will appreciate my accommodation for the very quiet area, the brightness, the numerous amenities (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, armchairs, TV, Wifi, etc.), the comfort and the very comfortable beds. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). There is no extra charge to pay for the cleaning costs that you partly cover (garbage and bottles).
