Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Wallowa County

We loved staying in this home. Had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Our host was very accommodating to some specific needs and we felt this place was a great value. We loved having a yard with deck and fire pit to hang out and our host takes pride in the outdoor environment with beautiful Flowers and herbs. This translated to an additional space we had not really expected but thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms, beds, bathrooms all well set up and very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

This home was perfect for our stay and we really enjoyed the charming character with the instruments and notes from musicians who've stayed there over the years. It was very convenient to be walking distance to the grocery store, and Janis was extremely responsive and helpful with information about check in. We'd love to stay here again on our future visits to the Wallowa valley.

Our new favorite at Wallowa Lake! We have come this time of year every year for the last 5. This place was awesome! We use the long weekend for a reset and relaxation weekend with our entire family. For 7 of us there was plenty of room and between board games and the pool table we were never board and always relaxed. Fun for everyone. Great place and I would recommend it to anyone as long as it’s not our weekend! Thank you very much for allowing us to share it!

I simply loved the beautiful location next to a rushing river. Lots of trees and a perfect table for picnics and so private. Felt like home….. Thank you

The house is very clean and well equipped. The backyard is a bird haven. They were great to watch. Also, in the winter you have a lovely view of the mountains which you wouldn’t have in the summer with the trees. Unfortunately, we love to warm our backs to a fireplace and not their fault it had stopped working and because of the holiday it couldn’t be serviced. The back rooms were a bit chilly at night except the main one with the heater. Overall, my biggest guide on a house is whether it is clean and has an equipped kitchen, soft sheets, etc. and it definitely did! Thank you for our stay.

The house could use some work since it's settling in front and the doors a bit hard to close. Also one of the backrooms had an unfinished drywall ceiling since the drop ceiling has been removed but still everything worked fine for us and the view and location across the street from the lake are hard to beat! We had a wonderful time!

We had a great time at the Pine Tree Cabin. The cabin is beautiful and had everything we needed to stay in for the weekend.

This place is incredible. My family gets a cabin up at Wallowa every year for Thanksgiving and this is by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. The house was perfect for our weekend get away. Old cabin vibes with modern updates. Great location in the beautiful woods right next to the river, yet a quick and easy drive to town. Would absolutely stay here again!

Right on the lake. You couldn't ask for a better view. It was perfect for my dog to roam and great place to come back to enjoy after Hiking the different beautiful Walama Trails!

We really enjoyed our stay in Joseph. The cottage was adorable and quaint, and we enjoyed the fenced backyard. The neighborhood was quiet, the trees and mountains beautiful, and I was surprised just how walkable everything was. Just a few minutes walk away from the Mt. Howard Tramway, Wallowa Lake lodge, and state park - marvelous! Would highly recommend.

We especially enjoyed the laid back and pleasant nature of the locals as well as the wildlife. Some of the wildlife had regular daily routines, coming and going at the same time everyday and not disturbed by our presence. Nice easy walk to some great shoppes and outstanding restaurants.

Was beautiful place spacious with balcony to have coffee on in morning. Sugar time bakery just downstairs for breakfast we would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the wonderful time Laurie and Paul From Seattle

I have stayed here twice and will do it again! The space is beyond perfection. Todd was super accommodating to all of our needs.

The tent was extremely cozy and comfortable. It got chilly at night but the extra comforter on the bed and the wood stove kept us warm and toasty. The outdoor shower was great though a little exposed. My dog had a great time and the whole family - Kathleen, Grady Sr, Grady Jr and Alyssa were all friendly, accommodating, and had great local hiking tips. The location was perfect too - just minutes from Joseph and Enterprise. I hope to be back in the future!

Our stay was fantastic! We had everything we needed, and the host was quick to respond when we had questions. There were amazing mountain views from literally every window in the house, and it was so nice to relax in the hot tub and watch the deer wander around in the snow. We definitely want to come back here again!

This was our second stay at the cabin. Spring is amazing at the cabin with turkeys up close and personal and elk below in the meadow. Ken's place is very special with incredible accommodations, views and a wonderful host who knows how to provide a great experience for his guests. As much as I’d love to gatekeep this home for myself, everyone should know how amazing this place is. We have been to Wallowa Lake quite a few times and this is our favorite pet friendly rental. Lia was a wonderful host and helped make our stay a memorable one. She was very responsive and had the best recommendations for activities, hikes and places to eat around town. The home was clean and spacious (there was more than enough room for my large family), the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to chef it up, the kids area was perfect for my 2 littles, there are 2 large decks that over look the lake and was great for watching the sunrise and hanging out, my kids loved the soaking tubs on the bottom deck and it has its own private dock that is accessible from the home. This lakefront home is truly a magical oasis. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and recharge, this is it!! We will continue to come out year after year.
