Rushing Reeds, Peace and Space. Birdsong, croaking frogs The visitor center "de Wieden" is within walking distance; Giethoorn and Blokzijl can be reached from here by eco-water liner! (from May to September) The cottage is less suitable for families with babies or when you are with 2 couples.

We rent out our beautiful luxury, large double apartment. Including a king-size bed and a full kitchen. Located in the nice holiday village of Wanneperveen, where you will find all kinds of water sports, and in the national park Weerribben-Wieden. We live on the bike path to the tourist hotspot Giethoorn (3 km). In the morning you can drink your coffee on the indoor balcony, while nature awakens. In the evening you can enjoy the frog concert and if you are lucky you will spot a deer!

On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster is the renovated humpback bridge farm from 1667. We have furnished the front house of the farm as a cozy stay for 2 guests who are eager for peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has a private entrance . You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bike. The many cycling, hiking and canoe routes let you experience the National Park Weerribben-Wieden in all seasons.

This house is truly unique situated on a lake of Wanneperveen Already at the first meeting, it is a house to make you happy. All the hustle and bustle and stress fall away from you at once when you are sitting on your own terrace by the water. Plenty of peace and privacy. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the water. Because of respect for peace and privacy of the environment not suitable for youth groups

Idyllic cottage to yourself in Giethoorn

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (They are in Giethoorn Zuid = 45 minutes walk) Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Relax with the whole family in this nice, neat accommodation. Fully equipped and with a lovely outdoor space, lots of privacy and in consultation much possible (e.g. barbecue or washing). Optional bikes to rent. In the middle of nature reserve De Wieden, close to the tourist Giethoorn and the cozy Meppel. Plenty of opportunities for hiking, water sports and cycling.

Sleep in a nice king-size bed from where you also can watch movies on a large projection screen.
